Living in Los Angeles, I am connected to some of the most iconic coastal towns in Southern California. Though I am going to take you  2 hours down south the 5 fwy to a city, I get to call my home away from home, San Diego, California.

San Diego is a coastal city 2 hours away from the concrete jungle of Los Angeles. It’s known for beaches, parks, and the best part the warm climate all year around. This coastal city is not only know for there beloved baseball team The San Diego Padres,but highly known for their beloved beaches.

La Jolla, California is one of my favorite places, just about 15 to 20 minutes north of down town San Diego. It is known for the rugged coastline. Trails that past seaside canyons like in Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve. This little sea side town is a must see on a California road trip because like me, I find one of kind places that keeps me going back.
